To help provide you with fast, efficient service, our Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as your liaison for initiating your request for analyses and problem solving. Our Sample Management Team assists the CSR by meeting daily to allocate resources for solving complicated problems and for meeting completion targets. The team also coordinates the Analytical Project Proposal system to define protocols for solving the more complex, non-routine requests. In collaboration with the customer, the process involves strategy meetings; itemized experiments, tests, or analyses to be performed; and follow-up meetings.
